Heitman has appointed Brad Fu as senior vice president, director of Asia-Pacific acquisitions.
Fu will be based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Heitman, Fu was the director of global real estate investments at Anbang Asset Management, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing international real estate investments in direct asset and corporate transactions. He also held the positions of portfolio manager of strategic Asia real estate at APG Asset Management and was an investment banking analyst at DBS Bank.
Fu earned a bachelor’s degree in business from New York University’s Stern School of Business in both finance and accounting. He is SFC Type 1, 4, and 6 licensed and a Type 9 Responsible Officer. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and a member of the Urban Land Institute, ANREV and IREI.
