Heimstaden’s deputy CEO Magnus Nordholm resigns

After more than 14 years at Heimstaden, deputy CEO Magnus Nordholm has decided to resign from the European residential real estate company. He will stay in his position in the coming months to ensure a smooth handover process.

“[Chairman Ivar Tollefsen] and Heimstaden’s ambitions and drive inspired me since the first meeting in 2007,” said Magnus Nordholm in a statement. “With new ideas and our own way of doing things, we have created fantastic results no one thought was possible. A big thank you to all the great people in Heimstaden, I am proud of what we have achieved together and will always eagerly cheer on your continued success,”

Heimstaden buys, develops and manages homes, The firm owns approximately 150,000 homes with a property value of SEK 290 billion ($31.3 million).
