European workspace developer, HB Reavis, has secured a £106 million ($133 million) Real Estate Investment Green Loan from Hong Kong and Singapore Bank Corporation (HSBC) UK following the completion of its recent project in London, Worship Square.
Worship Square’s sustainability achievements qualified it for HSBC UK’s Real Estate Investment Green Loan. The funding is being used to refinance HB Reavis’ Development Finance facility, allowing the company to invest in future sustainable projects.
