Slovakia-based European developer and investor HB Reavis has appointed Marian Herman as its new CEO in a planned succession to Pavel Trenka, who completes an agreed term of five years. Radim Rimanek becomes deputy CEO.
Previously, Herman was the CFO and board member. He has been with the company since 2012.
Trenka will step down as CEO as part of a long-planned succession. He joined the firm in 2007 and will remain as a non-executive director.
