Terry Winder has been appointed CEO of Hastings Funds Management, replacing Andrew Day, who has left the firm to pursue other opportunities. Day served as CEO of the firm since October 2011. Winder joins Hastings from Westpac Banking Corp. — a subsidiary of Hastings Management Pty Ltd — where he was CFO. Winder was appointed a director of the Hastings Management Pty Ltd. board in July 2016. He became CEO of Hastings on 1 October. Winder has 30 years of experience in Australian and international financial markets, including as CFO of Westpac’s institutional bank. Prior to joining Westpac, he was the International Treasurer for Merrill Lynch.
