Harrison Street nabs new director
Anthony Potenza has vacated his post as vice president at LaSalle Investment Management to take up a new position at Harrison Street.
Potenza, who specializes in real estate, private equity, asset-backed securities, convertible debt and tax-lien investing, will now serve as a director, private equity real estate investment management at Harrison Street.
According to his LinkedIn page, Potenza consistently delivers above benchmark risk-adjusted returns to institutional investors through real estate private equity vehicles. His skills are asset management, acquisition and dispossession, underwriting, management and structuring, capital market accessing and structuring. He also has experience with financial modeling and analysis, valuation, development, partner and staff management, and capital raising.
Potenza previously worked as an investment consultant at Willis Towers Watson, as a senior analyst at M.D. Sass and interned at Meridian Capital Partners.
