Harrison Street is expanding its fund series with the launch of its European Property Partners III fund, eight months after the fund’s predecessor completed its final close.
Harrison European Property Partners II closed with €700 million ($779 million) in capital commitments in April.
According to an SEC Form D, the new fund, Harrison European Property Partners III, has yet to raise any capital, but is targeting €750 million ($831 million) in equity commitments.
The investment strategy of the fund series targets the student housing market in the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, France, Spain, the Netherlands and the Nordics. The fund’s direct predecessor also targeted investments in specialty residential properties, including micro-living and private ren
