Harrison Street has launched a new social infrastructure fund, according to a public filing with the SEC. Harrison Street did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
The new fund, Harrison Street Social Infrastructure Fund, is an open-ended fund that will invest in social infrastructure assets throughout the United States.
Harrison Street mainly focuses on real estate investment through both commingled funds and public security products. Currently the firm and its affiliates manage approximately $14.6 billion in property assets and publicly traded securities.
