Harrison Street and Irish investment house Elkstone have launched a strategic partnership to develop more than 1,500 purpose-built student accommodations (PBSAs) in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway by 2028.
The partnership will complete its first development in September. The five-story Stoneybatter Place property will consist of 142 student beds minutes from Technological University Dublin and a short distance from Trinity College, the Law Library and Kings Inn.
Elkstone and Harrison Street aim to address the shortage of modern student accommodation in Ireland’s main cities through their strategic partnership by offering more choices to existing students, while supporting third-level institutions in attracting more international students to Ireland.
