Harrison Street to deliver class-A student housing communities at four major universities

Harrison Street has plans to develop four class A purpose-built student housing communities near the University of Georgia, Indiana University, the University of Central Florida and the University of Wisconsin.

The four purpose-built student housing properties include Current at Latimer Square, a 906-bed property in Bloomington, Ind.; Current Orlando, a 750-bed property in Orlando, Fla.; Atmosphere Madison, a 681-bed property in Madison, Wis.; and Atlas Athens, a 1,053-bed property in Athens, Ga.

Each property is located within easy access of its respective university campus and offers top-tier services and amenities such as outdoor spaces, study rooms, gyms and a variety of floorplans. The total development costs for the properties are expected to be around $450 million. The projects will be developed by Trinitas, who will also provide property management services for each property.
