South Korea–based Hana Alternative Asset Management Co., the real estate investment arm of Hana Financial Group, and its partner have plans to buy an office building in London owned by Blackstone Group for £285 million ($366 million), according to media outlets.
The asset is the Sanctuary Buildings in Westminster, which is leased to the Department for Education for another 15 years.
Blackstone first acquired the property from Tishman Speyer in 2014 for £175 million ($223 million).
