GTIS Partners and RISE have formed a joint venture to develop RISE Oxford Farms, a premium student housing community in Oxford, Miss., serving students at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).With sustained enrollment growth at Ole Miss in recent years, the university has faced a tightening housing environment for students, with a substantial deficit of purpose-built student housing. The new development, located just one mile from campus, will feature 216 units comprising 504 beds within a garden-style residential community and will provide students with modern, fully amenitized living options within close proximity to campus. The project will offer surface parking, pickleball, a gym and a pool, as well as direct access to a university-sponsored shuttle stop, ensuring students enjoy convenient, high-quality living accommodations.
