The Grossman Cos. to develop 800-unit urban infill development site in Massachusetts

The Grossman Cos. has plans to develop 1690 Revere Beach Parkway in Everett, Mass. The firm appointed Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston offices to facilitate the sale or joint venture development of the project.

The 6.90-acre site, located in a qualified opportunity zone and currently improved with a Stop & Shop supermarket, has been approved for redevelopment with 800 units of class A multifamily across three buildings.

The scale of the site affords the opportunity for phased development of three class A buildings, each with their own brand identity, in an institutional-quality residential neighborhood. Notably, this new transit-oriented neighborhood features the only MBTA station to provide single ride, direct access to both South Station and North Station, with a transit time under 20 minutes to both the Seaport and North Station districts.
