Grocery-anchored retail center in South Florida sells for $33m

Carlyle Management Corp. has bought Mainstreet at Boynton, a 52,152-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center located in Boynton Beach, Fla., for $33 million.

JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, a joint venture between PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development,

Constructed in 2021/2022, Mainstreet at Boynton is currently 100 percent leased to a strong tenant roster that is 90.5 percent comprised of national tenants. The property is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and features a strong roster of complementary tenants, including  AT&T, Paradise Grills, F45, Yolk, Capital Carpet and Tile, Crown Wine & Spirits, Maoz Vegetarian and GoodVets, among others. Mainstreet at Boynton also benefits from being a part of a greater mixed-use development that features a 158-unit Assisted Living Facility, Anthology of Boynton Beach, Wawa, Aspen Dental and Synovus Bank, none of which were included in the sale.
