Greystone has plans to build an expansion project at Friendsview, a Type A, entrance-fee-based continuing care retirement community located in Newberg, Ore.
The Yamhill County Hospital Authority issued $124.2 million in bond financing, underwritten by Ziegler, for the project.
Working with Greystone, Friendsview created a plan that brought new amenities to current residents, supported its own debt, and generated incremental resources for the organization without increasing fees for current residents beyond normal annual increases.
The project will break ground July 8.
