Greystar has started construction on the second phase of a 500,000-square-foot industrial project in Texas.
Located in San Marcos, Phase 2 of Whisper 35 will consist of three buildings totaling 315,000 square feet. The project is expected to reach completion in third quarter 2023.
The first phase of development includes two buildings totaling 180,000 square feet. The first building is complete and fully leased, and the second is expected to be delivered in fourth quarter 2022.
