GREYKITE, White Star advance project to transform logistics asset to premier data center hub

GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund I, its affiliates and White Star Real Estate have announced several major milestones in their Digital Ursus data center conversion project in Warsaw, marking the next phase in the site’s transformation from a logistics asset into a premier data center hub.

As part of this major data center conversion project, Digital Ursus has secured increased power capacity at the 20,000 square-meter (215,000-square-foot) project, from the current 18 megawatts to 65 megawatts throughout the next year. A tenant also has committed to a long-term lease, with significant investment planned to scale the existing operations on site.

The Polish data center market is expected to triple by 2029, driven by rising demand for digital services, cloud computing and colocation solutions.
