GRESB is hiring a director, business development for the EMEA region.
This position will work with internal teams, including member relations, marketing and communications, tech, and ESG and product development teams, according to a recent job posting that was shared to LinkedIn.
Based in the Netherlands, the director will develop and execute business development plans for EMEA, increase the member base by identifying and managing a pipeline of prospects, follow up on incoming opportunities in EMEA and identify and pursue new business opportunities, in addition to a variety of other tasks.

The director will have 5-10 years of experience in account management, investment/asset management or consulting in the financial/real asset sector.
