Green Courte Partners announced the promotions of Braden Rudolph to COO, Chuck Crook to managing director, and Paul Kim to CFO of GCP’s senior living and land-lease community operating companies.
Rudolph joined GCP in June 2011 as a senior associate focused on acquisitions and asset management. He was promoted to vice president in 2013 and to managing director in 2016. As a managing director, Rudolph has been primarily responsible for overseeing portfolio management and due diligence for the firm's investments. As COO, he will continue to manage the firm’s portfolio management and due diligence functions, with increased oversight of GCP’s development, asset management and reporting teams. Rudolph joined GCP’s management committee in October 2019 and, as COO, will continue to play an important role in shaping the firm’s direction.
