Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP) has completed construction of Langhorne Logistics Center in partnership with Principal Asset Management.
The development features a 210,564-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 900 Wheeler Way in Langhorne, Penn.
“We are pleased to deliver the only class A 200,000-square-foot, 40-foot clear height industrial building available in the lower Bucks County submarket,” said David Greek, managing partner of GREP. “Situated in a supply-constrained region on a site with incredible access to infrastructure, the completed building is ready for immediate occupancy and uniquely positioned to accommodate a diverse tenant base.”
The delivery of Langhorne Logistics Center comes after the partnership secured a $32,110,000 loan from Provident Funding in third quarter 2022.
