GPR Ventures has acquired its very first property in Utah with the purchase of a 49,234-square-foot industrial warehouse situated on 3.65 acres in West Jordan, Utah. The single-building property is fully occupied by BC Technical, the largest non-OEM provider of diagnostic imaging solutions and services in the country, and it features several state-of-the-art elements throughout the manufacturing area and the separate office space. The purchase marks the 25th overall acquisition for GPR Ventures since 2011.
“Within the last five years, Salt Lake City has seen record expansion, particularly within the industrial market, and we are excited to expand GPR Ventures’ presence in the Western United States with this new acquisition,” said Phil Rolla, GPR Ventures co-founder and managing principal. “The building has been outfitted with several premium, high-tech upgrades, and the property’s layout allows for future expansion opportunities.”
