The Mountain View City Council has approved Google Inc.’s Landings, a two-building, 1.3-million-square-foot development in Mountain View, Calif.
The project comprises a five-story, 799,483-square-foot office building on a nearly 42-acre site on Landings Drive. In addition, there will be a separate four-story parking garage with 1,709 spaces and 10,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. A new pedestrian and bicycle greenway path will connect the two sites bridging over Permanente Creek.
