Google has plans to buy three office buildings totaling 381,000 square feet in Sunnyvale, Calif., for $318.7 million.
The seller of the properties was NetApp, which will continue its lease within the buildings.
The terms of the lease were not disclosed in the Form 8-K Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The new acquisition consists of a 127,000-square-foot building at 495 E. Java Drive, a 133,000-square-foot building at 475 E. Java Drive and a 121,000-square-foot building at 1330 Geneva Drive.
Previously, Google purchased 45 Sunnyvale properties valued at $800 million. In 2016 NetApp sold eight buildings to Google for $250 million.
