Goodman to develop French logistics center

Goodman, alongside the Roissy-en-France Urban Area Community Council (CARPF) and land developer RHEA, has plans to develop a 190,000-square-meter (2 million-square-foot) logistics park for the Ile-de-France region, located in the municipality of Mesnil-Amelot.

The logistics park is unique in size, comprising three separate buildings of 43,000 square meters (463,000 square feet), 49,000 square meters (527,000 square feet) and 98,000 square meters (1.1 million square feet), respectively, occupying a total area of 37 hectares.

“This project at Le Mesnil-Amelot will be an opportunity for Goodman to provide our customers with leading-edge logistics facilities in a highly-sought after location, showcasing all of our expertise in the development of logistics centers around the world,” said Philippe Arfi, director of Goodman France.
