Danish pension fund ATP and U.K.-based Universities Superannuation Scheme, along with new financial investors Guoxin Guotong Fund (GT Fund) and CNIC Corp., have completed the acquisition of a 50.1 percent stake in Redexis Gas and Redexis Gas Finance from Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners II.
Redexis Gas is a company engaged in the development and operation of natural gas transportation and distribution networks and in the distribution and supply of liquefied petroleum gas in Spain.
Vantage Infrastructure helped organize and execute the transaction together with GT Fund and CNIC, and will be involved going forward.
Vantage Infrastructure will provide asset management services to GT Fund and CNIC under an asset management agreement for their 33.3 percent stake in Redexis Gas and will be present on the board of Redexis Gas.
