Global Net Lease Inc. has appointed independent director James Nelson to serve as its CEO and president.
He will be succeeding Scott Bowman, who is stepping down to spend more time with his family.
Before joining GNL, Nelson served as CEO with several public and private companies, including Orbitex Management, a $17 billion financial services company, and Eaglescliff Corp.
