Gerding Edlen raises $310m for green fund

Gerding Edlen has raised $310 million for its Gerding Edlen Green Cities III fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The opportunistic fund is targeting $350 million and focuses on green mixed-use, multifamily and office properties in Boston; Chicago; Los Angeles; Portland, Ore.; San Francisco; and Seattle.  The Fresno County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association committed $20 million to the fund in November.
