Genesta has agreed to acquire the Sundby Overdrev office property in Copenhagen from Castellum for DKK 778 million ($125 million).
The property has a total leasable area of 32,477 square meters (349,579 square feet), including a garage.
Castellum is one of the Nordic region’s largest players in offices and warehousing/logistics. The firm said its strategy is to grow in the Nordic region and emerging markets such as Copenhagen.
The firm’s Copenhagen portfolio still contains DKK 4 billion ($644 million) of offices and logistics properties.
