Funds managed by GCM Grosvenor have forged a new investment venture with Standard Real Estate Investments, a minority-owned national real estate investment and development firm.
The Standard/GCM Grosvenor venture will target around $150 million of equity investments in industrial property developments in major U.S. logistics markets during the next 12–18 months. Specifically, the venture is targeting three-to-four transactions, with a preference for shovel-ready warehouse/logistics properties of 200,000–500,000 square feet.
