Gaw sells Shanghai office for $330m

Gaw Capital Partners, in a partnership with He Xiaoqiong, has sold an office building in Shanghai for $330 million to PAG, Goldman Sachs, Chen Hsong Holdings, Rossana and Kenneth Gaw, and Chen Zhengchang.

Ciro’s Plaza, a 39-story CBD office tower, totals 914,509 square feet, which includes 302,425 square feet of street retail. Major tenants include Lingo Bistro, Uncle Sam and Bank of Communications.

Recently, Gaw acquired the Columbia Center in Seattle for $711.3 million. The firm is in a pending deal to acquire the InterContinental Hong Kong for $938 million. And Gaw and its partners sold
