Gaw Capital has launched Sky Hub at Hub Victoria, a new 107,000-square-foot self-contained headquarters office development on Buckingham Palace Road in the heart of Victoria, London. Set to complete in 2023, work is now under way at the state-of-the-art development, which will offer next-generation wellness-focused workspaces and outstanding onsite amenities within a revitalized public realm.
Hub Victoria comprises three distinct, completely self-contained buildings: 123 Hub, 151 Hub and Sky Hub, a new, self-contained, three-story office building constructed directly on top of the existing development.
