Garrison raises $225m for third fund
The Garrison Investment Group has raised $224.8 million for its Garrison Real Estate Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC.
Not much has been made public about the North America–focused high-yield debt fund, which launched in January 2013, though it is seeking a $625 million fundraising haul, according to IREI’s FundTracker Database. Its predecessor had a $575 million final close in June 2011.
Garrison’s real estate team is currently focused on making opportunistic and special situation real estate investments in both equity and debt instruments throughout the United States, according to the firm’s website. The firm targets all real estate asset classes.
