Garbe Industrial Real Estate and NDC Data Centers have teamed up to develop sustainable data centers for the European market.
The NDC-Garbe Data Centers joint venture “offers a replicable solution which seamlessly bundles all processes from site sourcing to fast delivery,” the partners said, “establishing a factory for data centers” serving hyperscalers, wholesalers and co-location companies, as well as large corporate owners of data centers.
The new partners expect good growth opportunities in a market segment that is forecast to use 10 percent of the world's electricity by 2030.
