Hamburg - Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has acquired a portfolio of 16 cold chain logistics halls in Germany for a private investor from the Doblinger Group.
The sales price was €240 million ($282 million).

With this transaction, Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH now owns property worth €2 billion ($2.4 billion) and more than 27 million square feet of leasable area.
