Gaming and Leisure Properties has completed the purchase of the land and real estate assets of two gaming properties for $484 million, acquiring Tropicana Evansville in Indiana from Caesars Entertainment and The Dover Downs Hotel and Casino in Delaware from Bally’s Corp.
