Fubon Life Insurance has backed the KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors SCSp fund, managed by KKR, with a $100 million commitment.
Fubon Life could not be reached for comment at the time of publication.
KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors SCSp was launched in November 2019 and will target infrastructure assets in the Asia Pacific region. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
Among the fund’s other investors are the Employees Retirement System of Texas, which committed $100 million to the fund when it launched in 2019.
