Four-story Bristol office building trades hands

by Kali Persall

The RO Group, a family-owned trading company in the United Kingdom, has acquired a 24,377-square-foot office building in the heart of Bristol. Mayfair Capital sold the asset for an undisclosed amount.

The four-story property, 90 Victoria St., is fully occupied by a strong tenant lineup, which includes Mazars, Tetra Tech Group, Francis Clark and BJSS.

“The acquisition adds a further high-quality asset to the portfolio in one of our target regional office markets,” said Nick Cashmore, investment director at the RO. “We plan to actively asset manage the building, improving the ESG credentials to ensure the building is future proofed. We are in a strong position to move quickly when attractive opportunities present themselves and continue to seek new additions to the portfolio that fit our investment strategy.”
