Stonepeak Partners announced the appointment of DJ Gribbin as a senior operating partner.
Gribbin was, until recently, the special assistant to President Donald Trump for infrastructure policy. And his other earlier roles include chief counsel for the Federal Highway Administration and general counsel for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Gribbin also served as head of government advisory for Macquarie Capital.
Gribbin joins Stonepeak Partners after it held a $7.2 billion final close for its Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund III.
