Former PIMCO executive joins BKM Capital Partners as CFO

BKM Capital Partners named Bill Galipeau as CFO.

Galipeau is a veteran financial and investment management leader who most recently served as executive vice president and head of investment operations at PIMCO.

Prior to his operations role, he served as chief financial and accounting officer for 19 NYSE-listed PIMCO closed-end investment companies. He also served as head of fund administration for the PIMCO funds. Earlier in his career at PIMCO, he was head of business performance management, where he developed oversight and support functions for PIMCO’s global fund business.

Prior to PIMCO, Galipeau spent 15 years at Fidelity Investments in a number of senior finance, operations, and risk management roles within its asset management and brokerage businesses. He started his career at Fidelity in the firm’s internal audit department.
