Cloud Capital has appointed Kristin Leung as managing director and head of North American investments. In this role, Leung will oversee all facets of the firm’s acquisition strategies and investment management activities in the region.
Prior to joining the firm, Leung had a distinguished career spanning 16 years at GIC. Most recently she served as a managing director head of North America funds and co-investment for real estate since 2019. While at GIC, Kristin was instrumental in overseeing the global data center investment strategy and spearheading the firm’s expansion into the sector since 2018. Leung successfully underwrote and closed several billion dollars in data center investments, primarily through the formation of direct joint ventures with operators in the United States, Europe, Japan and Korea, according to Cloud Capital’s release.
