Steve Barber, Jason Barber and Taylor Pankratz have launched Uptick Partners, a support platform to service advisers looking to go independent, reported Diana Britton for WealthManagement.
The three founders left Edward Jones in 2023. Britain reported that uptick will primarily focus on small-town advisers looking to transition out of captive firms.
Advisors will retain 100 percent of their book of business and will get a 95 percent payout.
