Focus Financial Partners has announced the appointment of Adam Birenbaum as president and Justin Ferri as COO. Both executives are long-serving Focus leaders with experience across major parts of Focus’s business. Birenbaum and Ferri will report directly to Michael Nathanson, CEO of Focus.
Together, Birenbaum and Ferri will work closely with Nathanson and business segment leadership in accelerating the company’s transformation and growth trajectory across its wealth, family office and outsourced CIO offerings, as well as bringing value and solutions to its more than 60 network firms.
As president, Birenbaum will assume a leadership role in advancing the company’s vision, fostering deeper alignment across Focus’s network and supporting long-term value creation for clients and their advisers. He also will continue in his leadership role with Focus Partners Wealth and Focus Partners Advisor Solutions, where he has overseen the evolution, expansion and integration
