The $155 million Sarasota (Fla.) Firefighters' Pension Plan is seeking an infrastructure manager to manage a roughly $6 million limited partnership portfolio.
The new manager will replace Cushing Asset Management.
According to a document outlining the search, Sarasota has shortlisted six potential infrastructure managers: Cohen & Steers, DWS RREEF, Lazard, Nuveen, Voya CBRE and DJ Brookfield.
A decision is not expected until January 2020.
