First National Realty Partners (FNRP) has purchased a shopping center anchored by Kroger in Atlanta. The financial terms and seller were not disclosed.
Crossroads South is a 201,404-square-foot shopping center that is 92 percent occupied and anchored by a 59,134-square-foot Kroger Supermarket. The property is about 16 miles south of downtown Atlanta.
