Grain Management has launched its third communications infrastructure fund, according to an SEC form filed in December.
An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
The formation of Grain Communications Opportunity Fund III (GCOF III) will allow Grain to continue its exclusive focus on opportunities in mission-critical communications assets, both domestic and abroad, and structured equity investments in companies that own and operate them.
