Fidelity Investments has opened a new real estate debt fund, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Fidelity Real Estate Debt Opportunities Fund I will invest in real estate debt opportunities throughout the United States. The fund opened to investors on Oct.13 but did not disclose an equity fundraising target.
Fidelity has some $8.3 trillion in assets under administration as of the second quarter of 2020, according to the firm’s website.
