FIBRA Prologis has acquired two buildings from Prologis located in Ciudad Juarez and Monterrey, Mexico, for $106 million, including closing costs.
The buildings, which comprise 1,12 million square feet of industrial space, are fully let to customers in the industrial and logistics sectors.
“As part of our growth strategy and as presented in our follow-on transaction, we successfully added 1.1 million square feet to our leasable area. These buildings are in the best industrial markets, which allow us to continue to grow our footprint,” said Luis Gutiérrez, CEO, Prologis Mexico.
