FCP, a privately held real estate investment company, has raised $530.5 million for FCP Realty Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
FCP Realty Fund IV is a real estate fund that will invest in properties in the eastern United States. It targets mainly multifamily, office, retail, industrial, manufactured housing and self-storage assets. The closed-end fund is seeking to raise $750 million, according to the filing.
The fund’s predecessor, FCP Realty Fund III, held a $512.1 million close in 2016.
FCP has invested in or financed more than $6 billion in assets since its founding in 1999.
