FCP has promoted Erik Weinberg to principal.
Since joining the company in 2012, Weinberg has led the private equity firm’s commercial real estate strategy and implementation, including the program for adaptive reuse projects in multiple markets. Over this period of time, he has managed the investment of approximately $300 million in equity in nearly $1.0 billion of commercial assets while expanding the firm’s footprint and influence for commercial office product to markets including Atlanta, Central Florida, Nashville and Texas.
Prior to joining FCP, Weinberg was a senior associate with CW Capital.
