Fairway Capital, adviser of the Fairway Capital Property Fund, has wrapped up its third round of fundraising, adding capital from institutions, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Catalyst Capital, a major European real estate Investment and asset management group, is a cornerstone investor in the fund. Other investors include a number of high-net-worth individuals introduced by Coutts & Co, via its investment club.
The fund, which was launched in March 2020, will target acquisitions in the prime central London (PCL) residential market. It has since purchased 10 properties in Belgravia and Knightsbridge with a combined value of ÂŁ70 million ($98 million) and is planning to deploy an additional ÂŁ50 million ($70 million) for additional acquisitions for the fund.
